BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made via our website, phone call or email us at booking@signed.com.my

We accept cash, all major credit card or e-wallet as payment. All transactions are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)

We will ask you for your credit card details to hold an authorised amount as security deposit during your stay. RM50 (per dorm bed))/RM200 (per room) is all it takes. As long as you don’t break anything, you won’t even notice it.

Cancellation on reservation must be made 7 days prior to arrival day. Failure to do so, the amount for the first night will be non-refundable, unless booked a non-refundable rate which will be fully pre-paid and no cancellations are allowed.

Effective 1 September 2017, the Federal Government has implemented a mandatory Tourism Tax of RM10/person for all foreign passport holders. This amount is not included in your total room cost and is to be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.

Unless explicitly stated in the room package reserved, prices do not include any kind of breakfast meal or additional service to the one described in the reservation. But fret not, preparation of your own meals can be done in our Community Room where you can use our microwaves and store your food and drinks in the fridges (always labelling them with your name, room/bunk no and departure date)

Room service is available daily from 11am – 5pm. Just give us a call using the in-house telephone located in the hallway of each level or alternatively request directly from reception.

BOOKING/ROOM CRITERIA

Any person below 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21 and above) who is staying in the same room/dormitory room. They cannot share in a general dormitory room with guests that are not part of their own group or family.

Children age 6 years old and below are allowed to stay free-of-charge. However, only 1 child is allowed for each booking and accompanied by an adult (21 and above)

Yes, we accept group bookings. Any booking for 10 pax or 5 rooms & above are classified as group booking and is subject to additional terms & conditions.

Yes, bed sheets and towels are included.

For extended stays, your linen will be changed every 7 days and towels every 3 days. Change of linen and towels upon request are chargeable at RM15 & RM10 respectively*

  • For guests staying up to 6 nights, LIMITED HOUSEKEEPING services are provided which includes emptying trash can, replacing towels and bathmats. However, excludes dusting, vacuuming, making beds and cleaning of bathroom.
  • For guests staying 7 nights and more, FULL HOUSEKEEPING services are provided which includes changing of linens, towels & bathmats, replenishing bathroom supplies, making beds, dusting & polishing of furniture, vacuuming and cleaning of bathroom.

Depending on the room packaged reserved, only ensuite rooms come with bathrooms. Please double check on your preferred room type prior to reservation.

  • Food and drinks are strictly prohibited with our bunk beds. Guests are welcome to enjoy & share meals with other posh packers at our community room located at level 4.
  • For the comfort of all guests, strongly scented or deeply coloured food and fruits (such as durian, mangosteen, dragon fruit, jackfruit etc) are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. The management reserves the right to impose a cleaning fee of RM1,000.

Facilities

Yes, we operate a 24-hour reception

Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is 12pm.

Occasionally, we can extend a late check out, subject to availability with an additional fee. Please call our Front Desk if your departure is delayed. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Yes, on site parking is available. Please enquire at the time of reservation to confirm availability.

All in-house guests enjoy complimentary parking, subject to availability. 

We speak English, Mandarin and Malay.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the property. Smoking is permitted outdoor only. Any breach of this policy will result in a RM1,000 cleaning fee. 

Check with us at the front desk for toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, slippers, vanity kit*, razor & shaving cream* and etc. We might just have what you need.

Yes, we have a smart lift that caters for movement between the lobby and rooms (Level 1 – 4). Upon arrival, guests will still have to walk up 3 flights of stairs from the entrance to our lobby at level 1.

While we love our furry friends, our humble Poshtel is small and due to hygienic issues, unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this time.

We do not have laundry service. However, guests can still do their laundry at our in-house self-service (chargeable) laundry room at Wing A of Level 2.

Yes, your request for top or bottom bunk bed will be honoured but subject to availability.

  •  Yes, you can store your luggage with us. If you arrive before 3pm check in time. Leave your bags and explore the city for a few hours while you wait to check-in.
  • Likewise, the staff can hold your luggage following the 12pm noon check-out time for the rest of the afternoon.

*Please note that overnight luggage storage is available at a nominal fee.

Lockers are reserved for guests staying at our bunk beds. However, locker rental is available for a small fee and subject to availability.

  • Yes, we do have a kitchen where you can use our microwave and fridge. We do want everyone to have a pleasant stay, guest will have to comply with basic rules of hygiene and order.
  • If you wish to store food and drinks in the fridges, please label them with your name, room/bunk no. and departure date, to avoid misunderstandings.

Yes, the nearest money changer is just a 1-minutes’ walk away.

Although we do not provide courtesy transportation, there are plenty of options to get to the airport. Our front desk will gladly assist you for transport arrangements.

No but you are welcome to bring your baby along.

Unfortunately, we do not offer extra beds.
